服务条款
欢迎使用“小汐助手”（“本服务”）。本服务由北京汐途智观科技有限公司（TideVision Technology，“我们”）提供。使用本服务即表示您同意遵守本服务条款。
1. 服务内容
小汐助手是一款面向学生的学习与留学事务辅助工具，可能包括 AI 助理、学校邮件整理、课程与日程管理、作业分析、课表识别、文档或证件辅助处理以及其他相关功能。
不同平台、地区、账号或开发阶段可用的功能可能不同，我们可能不时增加、修改、暂停或移除部分功能。
2. 账号与安全
- 您应提供真实、准确并可正常使用的注册信息；
- 您应妥善保管账号、密码、登录令牌和设备；
- 您不得出售、出租或未经授权转让账号；
- 如发现账号被未经授权使用，应及时采取安全措施并与我们联系。
3. 第三方账号连接
当您主动连接 Google / Gmail、Microsoft / Outlook 或其他第三方服务时，您同时受相应第三方服务条款和隐私政策约束。您可以通过相关第三方账号设置撤销授权。
第三方服务的可用性、接口、政策或权限发生变化时，可能影响小汐助手的相关功能。
4. AI 功能与重要信息
AI 输出可能存在错误、遗漏、过时或不适用于您具体情况的内容。小汐助手旨在提供辅助信息，不构成学校、移民、法律、医疗、财务或其他专业机构的正式意见。
OCR、翻译和日程提取也可能出错。请核对日期、时区、地点及待确认项目；移除待确认项目不会删除原始邮件。系统日历功能为用户主动发起的单向复制，后续修改需再次更新；删除小汐日程、退出账号或断开邮箱不会自动清除系统副本。提醒是否送达取决于系统日历、权限和设备设置，本服务不保证提醒送达。
5. 用户内容
您保留对您上传、输入或创建的内容依法享有的权利。为向您提供相关功能，您授权我们在必要范围内托管、处理、转换和传输这些内容。
您应确保您有权提交相关内容，并且不得上传侵犯他人隐私、知识产权或其他合法权益的材料。
6. 可接受使用
您不得：
- 利用本服务从事违法、欺诈、恶意或侵权活动；
- 绕过安全措施、尝试未经授权访问其他账号、系统或数据；
- 传播恶意软件、攻击服务、进行异常自动化请求或破坏服务稳定性；
- 利用本服务侵犯他人的隐私、知识产权或合法权益；
- 冒充他人，或故意提供具有实质误导性的账号信息。
7. 知识产权
除用户内容外，小汐助手的软件、界面、商标、Logo、设计、文档以及由我们提供的其他受保护内容，其相关权利归我们或相应权利人所有。未经授权，不得复制、出售、反向工程或用于建立竞争性服务，但适用法律明确允许的除外。
8. 服务可用性与变更
我们会努力保持服务稳定，但不保证本服务始终不间断、无错误或永久可用。维护、升级、第三方服务故障、网络问题、安全事件或不可抗力可能导致部分功能暂时不可用。
9. 账号限制与终止
如果我们合理认为您违反本条款、滥用服务、危害安全或法律要求我们采取行动，我们可以在合理范围内限制、暂停或终止相关功能或账号。您也可以停止使用本服务，并可发送邮件至 info@xituzhiguan.cn 请求删除账号及关联数据；具体处理方式见隐私政策。
10. 免责声明
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本服务按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。我们不对 AI 输出、第三方服务、网络连接、第三方内容或依赖本服务作出的决定作出超出适用法律要求的保证。
11. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失，我们不承担法律禁止之外的责任。任何强制适用的消费者或其他法定权利不受本条款排除。

13. 适用法律与争议
在不影响您依据强制性适用法律享有的权利的前提下，本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。因本条款或本服务产生的争议，双方应首先友好协商；协商不成的，可向运营方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
14. 条款更新
我们可能随着产品、法律或业务变化更新本条款。重大变更时，我们会通过网站、应用或其他合理方式提供通知。继续使用本服务可能意味着您接受更新后的条款，但法律要求另行取得同意的情形除外。

Terms of Service
Welcome to Xiaoxi Assistant (the “Service”), provided by Beijing Xitu Zhiguan Technology Co., Ltd. (TideVision Technology, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. The Service
Xiaoxi Assistant is a student-focused learning and study-abroad support tool. Features may include AI assistance, school email organization, course and calendar management, assignment analysis, timetable recognition, document or identity-document assistance, and related functionality.
Available features may differ by platform, region, account, or stage of development. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features from time to time.
2. Accounts and Security
- You should provide accurate and usable registration information.
- You are responsible for protecting your account, password, authentication tokens, and devices.
- You may not sell, rent, or transfer an account without authorization.
- If you become aware of unauthorized account use, you should take appropriate security measures and contact us.
3. Third-Party Account Connections
If you choose to connect Google / Gmail, Microsoft / Outlook, or another third-party service, your use of that third-party service is also subject to its own terms and privacy policies. You may revoke access through the applicable third-party account settings.
Changes to a third party’s availability, APIs, policies, or permissions may affect related Xiaoxi Assistant features.
4. AI Features and Important Information
AI-generated output may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. Xiaoxi Assistant provides assistance and information and is not an official source of academic, immigration, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
OCR, translations, and extracted schedules may also be inaccurate. Verify dates, time zones, locations, and pending items; removing a review item does not delete the original message. Device-calendar integration is a user-triggered, one-way copy requiring another update after changes. Deleting a Xiaoxi schedule, signing out, or disconnecting email does not automatically remove device copies. Reminder delivery depends on the calendar, permissions, and device settings and is not guaranteed by this Service.
5. User Content
You retain the rights you hold in content you upload, enter, or create. To provide the requested functionality, you authorize us to host, process, transform, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit content and that your submissions do not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or infringing activities;
- bypass security measures or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- distribute malware, attack the Service, make abusive automated requests, or disrupt service stability;
- use the Service to violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights; or
- impersonate another person or intentionally provide materially misleading account information.
7. Intellectual Property
Except for user content, the Xiaoxi Assistant software, interface, trademarks, logos, designs, documentation, and other protected materials provided by us are owned by us or the applicable rights holders. Unless permitted by law, you may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or use these materials to create a competing service without authorization.
8. Availability and Changes
We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, network conditions, security events, or events beyond our reasonable control may make some features temporarily unavailable.
9. Restrictions and Termination
If we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, created a security risk, or if law requires us to act, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate relevant features or accounts as reasonably necessary. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account and associated data at info@xituzhiguan.cn, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties beyond those required by law regarding AI outputs, third-party services, network connections, third-party content, or decisions made in reliance on the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
Without limiting any rights you have under mandatory applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the operator’s domicile.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our product, laws, or business practices change. For material changes, we will provide notice through the website, application, or another reasonable method. Continued use may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires separate consent.
